Fix calendar occurrences to respect subscription start date

Summary

Fixes calendar recurrence rendering so subscriptions are shown only from their valid start point.

Problem

Calendar entries could be shown for a month before the subscription starts.

Changes

• Added start-date-aware filtering during calendar occurrence generation.

Testing

• Create a subscription starting next month and verify it does not appear this month.
