Adds token listing steps

This will serve as our official documentation for any user to add a token and a pool to the Elys Network.

Open questions

While writing the docs, I created the following questions for us to improve and clarify the process:

• assetprofile add-entry:
  • commit_enabled and withdraw_enabled: is this used? Otherwise, remove them.
  • permissions: is this used? Otherwise, remove it.
  • address: should we remove and keep authority address as the only address?
  • transfer-limit: is this used? Otherwise, remove it.
• assetinfo band-ticker or elys-ticker: is this being used?
• amm create-pool weights: should we remove this option and keep 100:100 as default?
• amm create-pool fee denom: never specified different than USDC. Should wee keep it as a required parameter?
• check out pool multipliers section. do we want users to execute that? What/how multiplier would be allowed/suggested?
• pool_max_leverage_ratio: how would we suggest/handle this value?
• vault creation: are we suggesting any values? users wont have context on how to set these values.
• MsgUpdateEnabledPools: should we refactor this so users dont have to send the whole list of enabled pools? Maybe we can have a MsgAddEnabledPool and MsgRemoveEnabledPool or just a toggle?
