Replace 4 local Vaadin UI components with shared vaadin-components library. DocumentService now implements DocumentInfoProvider. CSS theme inherits from embabel-base, reducing styles.css from 573 to 50 lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
