metaGOflow first release

metaGOflow goes public

This is the 1st release of metaGOflow including:

• the 5 main steps of the analysis (filtering, taxonomy inventories, gene calling, functional annotation and assembly)
• the creation of an RO-crate including the workflows' outcomes, the config file of the user, the config file metaGOflow automatically builds based on that and the ro-crate-metadata.json file.
