Basically it looks like this now - with a panic at the end after all the retries. |

This is very similar to what we had with HyperIndex. Basically we just want to soften the wording and not show it as a warning because when people see warnings they get alarmed and report it. Meanwhile this is something that's super common and not actually a Severe Issue.
