A major update on this release is refactoring the statistical methods implemented in the library. This allows users to add custom statistical methods or run the computational feed on their datasets. We also implemented lond* to test for significance in an online setting.

Computation server for functional genomics data

This version of the computation server supports block (genomic region) overlap, statistical t-test and correlations across various measurements (expression and methylation signal data).

The computation server uses the epiviz-data-provider to get data and compute various analysis.
