Parseidong-JSON Processing Library README

Project Overview

This JSON processing library is designed to support parsing, generating, and querying JSON objects, catering to the needs of modern web APIs and data exchange formats. It allows users to parse JSON files or strings into object representations, print JSON objects in a user-friendly manner, generate new JSON objects, and query existing JSON objects to retrieve values associated with specific query strings.

Functional Requirements

  1. Parsing: Transform JSON files or strings into object representations.
  2. Printing: Output JSON objects to the console or a file in a readable format.
  3. Generating: Create new JSON objects and add them to existing objects to form complex hierarchies.
  4. Querying: Retrieve values from JSON objects based on query strings.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • Language: Implemented in C#.
  • Robustness: Handles unexpected inputs seamlessly.
  • Flexibility and Cleanliness: Utilizes Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
  • Maintainability: Well-documented for ease of maintenance.
  • Reusability: Modular and cohesive design.
  • Readability: Code is well-annotated and formatted.

Setup Instructions

  1. Prerequisites: Ensure you have .NET Core or .NET Framework installed on your system.
  2. Clone the Repository: Clone this repository to your local machine using git clone <repository-url>.
  3. Open the Solution: Open the .sln file in Visual Studio or your preferred .NET IDE.
  4. Build the Project: Build the project to resolve dependencies.

Usage

Parsing JSON

IJsonParser parser = new JsonParser();
string jsonClasses = parser.GenerateCSharpClasses(yourJsonString);

Querying JSON

IJsonQuery query = new JsonQuery();
query.LoadJson(yourJsonString);
JToken result = query.QueryJson(yourQueryString);

Fetching JSON from Remote Source

SportsService sportsService = new SportsService();
string json = await sportsService.FetchSportsStatsAsync(yourUrl);
