+1- Downloaded and uploaded MySql data from Ensembl for human -84 version for test purposes. Will soon begin to pull necessary information from MySql using the tool, will test accordingly.

+2- repeat_feature.txt and coord_system.txt are useful for our purposes. Will be taking coordinates from coord_system and merge it with repeat_feature.txt's informations such as start, end, strand, name etc.
