• Updaded instructions to release @eslint/js after eslint, including note about bumping the eslint peer dependency

Pull request overview

Updates the recurring “Scheduled release” issue template generated by the recurring-issues plugin so the release-day checklist better reflects the current release workflow (including how dependency bumps are sourced and when @eslint/js should be released).

Changes:

• Updates the release-day checklist to point maintainers to the Renovate PR for package.json updates.
• Adjusts the flow to start the eslint release first, and only do @eslint/js steps when there are changes (including bumping the eslint peer dependency).
