Description

Update esp-nimble-cpp to latest

Motivation and Context

Now that h2zero/esp-nimble-cpp#194 was merged, esp-cpp/esp-nimble-cpp fork was sync-ed to match upstream, this PR updates to point to that update. No actual changes exist, just commit ref change.

How has this been tested?
