This repository contains version 0.1.1 of the CSDplotter tool implementing the inverse current-source density methods described in
Klas H. Pettersen, Anna Devor, Istvan Ulbert, Anders M. Dale, Gaute T. Einevoll, Current-source density estimation based on inversion of electrostatic forward solution: Effects of finite extent of neuronal activity and conductivity discontinuities, Journal of Neuroscience Methods, Volume 154, Issues 1–2, 2006, Pages 116-133, ISSN 0165-0270, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jneumeth.2005.12.005. These codes are made freely available with a GPL license, but are provided with absolutely no support or warranty and are to be considered legacy codes.
The iCSD methods have been reimplemented in Python as a standalone package (https://github.com/espenhgn/iCSD) and as part of the elephant project (https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/elephant/).
A version of these codes updated to work with more recent versions of matlab can be found here: http://web.eng.fiu.edu/jrieradi/CSDPlotter/
