  1. Modify struct code generation 

    1. Use 255 instead of 0xFF for break bytes. Compatibility preparation for migration to Jennifer for code gen.
2. Add content value in comments over field serialize/deserialize. Compatibility preparation for migration to Jennifer for code gen.
This commit is designed to eliminate visual diffs after migrating to a new code generation library, allowing for easy validation that the generated code is correct.
