Summary

修正 notes.ts 中繁體中文側邊欄連結，移除 part1/part2 等子目錄前綴
側邊欄連結改為匹配 Markdown 文件的 permalink 格式
修正繁體中文側邊欄連結路徑，解決點擊後 404 的問題
將 James_1022 添加到致謝名單（繁體中文翻譯貢獻者）

Changes

1. 修正側邊欄連結 (`docs/.vuepress/notes.ts`)

移除 part1/、part2/ 等子目錄前綴
連結改為匹配 Markdown 文件的 permalink 格式
例如：part1/blockchain-basic.md → blockchain-basic/

2. 添加貢獻者到致謝名單

docs/zh/acknowledgments.md
docs/zh-tw/acknowledgments.md
新增頭像：docs/zh/images/contributor/james_1022.png

Test Plan

開發模式測試：所有頁面 HTTP 200
生產模式構建成功（53 頁面）
生產模式預覽：側邊欄連結正常跳轉
致謝名單頁面正常顯示貢獻者頭像
