This PR adds full branding and metadata for ST USDC Earn — a 0% fee, multisig-governed, conservatively capped USDC vault designed to be one of the safest and most lender-friendly USDC markets on Euler.

About ST Capital Partners:

We are a group of European financial professionals with prior experience in DEX operations and RWA issuances. In partnership with associated developers, we have been running two proprietary investment algorithms for over six months:

1. a DeFi-focused strategy leveraging delta-neutral positions, long-short trades, and advanced yield optimisation;

2. a TradFi Forex algorithm with real-market testing consistently delivering >50% APY.

We chose Euler because of its unmatched flexibility with vault clusters and the powerful EVC. Our long-term plan is to expand ST USDC Earn into a full cluster that integrates these strategies as underlying yield sources.
