Open Issues

  • Bug: Some scan configurations (e.g. xz256x160) do not run with all combinations of AI channels (e.g. 2 AI channels work, 3 crash). This is probably due to some faulty calculation in the ScM32.dll.
  • Bug: When leaving ROIs on image and changing to a different scan configuration, Igor may crash
  • Bug: Management of color maps is not yet consistent
  • Add auto-scale button to online-ROI analysis
  • Z-Stacks: allow capturing same plane multiple times to allow for offline averaging
  • Integrate USB camera completely into the menu (automatic detection and initialization, status indicator etc.; test also the possibility of a code-generated camera window with center indicator etc.)
  • Implement expand/collapse of configuration data to save space
  • Finish and debug multi-thread version
