Summary

  • stabilize spec/scenario/persona/sample contracts and docs for study workflows
  • clean up ignored/tracked artifacts in examples and add study-03 scenario assets
  • tighten simulation runtime behavior with bounded reasoning/conversation budgets and updated docs

Key Changes

  • simulation: enforce per-timestep reasoning/conversation caps and salience-based candidate trimming
  • propagation/state handling updates for forced re-reasoning control and checkpoint behavior
  • docs: refresh command and pipeline simulate docs to match current behavior
  • examples: include scenario YAML assets needed for study-03 flow; stop tracking db artifacts

Validation

  • branch pushed cleanly to origin
  • manual simulate run started successfully on study-03 with expected caps/logging
