These seem to mainly be tweaks to either user-facing blurbs or the URLs that are now https, not http. |

This syncs only the metadata in bulk and should hopefully be easier to review. I know you mentioned wanting the docs and test suite sync PRs broken out by exercise for ease of review so those will be coming separately.
