Couldn't actually do this properly without backend changes. I propose
tenant-managerflagging users created outside of the regular signup flow with aneedsPasswordResetflag of some sort that resets upon a password reset.While
trueit should return a403on the current login endpoint withpassword reset requiredmessage.With such an implementation, this current PR should work.
