Adding GitHub workflows from the template that were mistakenly absent from the previous commit: * `deploy_website.yml`: deploys documentation to GH Pages * `pr_preview.yml`: deploys a preview of the documentation website for Pull Requests * `release.yml`: creates the release artifacts for releases
