🦄 refactor:Remove unnecessary .gitignore entries

Remove the unnecessary entries for /.quarto/, /_site/ in the .gitignore file. These entries are no longer needed and have been removed to clean up the repository.

Note: Remove any meta information like issue references, tags, or author names from the commit message. The developer will add them.
