This is a bugfix release that contains the following changes:

• additional schema parameters are preserved while wrapping
• missing schema of null keys / values is extrapolated

• wrapping w/o support for kafka headers
• both schema and schemaless messages can be wrapped
• standard meta-information attached to messages
• tested w/ elasticsearch connector on kafka connect (confluent 5.3.1)
