Most of the blacklists integrated are delivered via GitHub with various, open licenses, then no integration process is needed out of tech scopes.

Others aren't.

For such blacklists the requirement is to verify and validate integration with source creator.
When no integration is possible due to list license try to make the integration allowed by the creator asap by a sort of agreement.

Paid blacklists sources are out of scope.
