refresh Prefix.cc cache

  1. get the latest dump in txt format from prefix.cc at: http://prefix.cc/popular/all.file.txt
  2. make sure you clean-up the file a bit to remove prefixes that have '???' as their namespace URLs (alternatively, get this file which I downloaded and cleaned on 01/09/2011: https://raw.github.com/fadmaa/grefine-rdf-extension/master/resources/files/prefixes )
  3. under the extension folder go to MOD-INF/classes/files and locate a file named prefixes
  4. replace the file with the new one you downloaded and cleaned. Make sure you rename the file to prefixes
  5. restart Google Refine
