A threecomphyd updated changed its parameters. This update makes all pypermod example scripts compatible

Incorporate threecomphyd update

The new version of threecomphyd changed one equation which required new fittings for the comparison scripts. This update adds the new fittings and does now longer fix the used threecomphyd version to the older 1.0.1

Dependencies Fix

threecomphyd has been updated but for reproducibility we fix it to 1.0.1 in pypermod for now
