Had obsidian like transclusion :

• Write a note World
• Write a second note Hello
  Add ![[World]] --> Renders World note on the fly.

Sounds like you're asking for bilateral linking?

have you tried typing @ in a note wysiwyg?
Is that what you are after?

If not I may need a bit more info, I don't use obsidian, sorry

Ooops my bad @, do the job for quick link insertion thanks.

One feature obsidian & silverbullet (https://silverbullet.md/) have is the possibility to render in line the link (no preview with mouse on the link but directly rendered)

Sometimes this enables to write once a note and integrate it in another docs without duplicating it. While not so often uses it might be cool.

Oh that's cool, does it add the whole note content?

May be able to add another toggle to the bilateral link to just show the content inline, shouldn't be too hard, and user can choose which way to show the bilateral linking easily.

Yes --> so this does not apply systematically.
Obsidian like syntaxe is allowing wiki links [[Link]] and transclusion (named feature) is ![[link]]
