[BUG]: Wrong checklist item menu position in a rare case

Describe the bug

This might be a super rare edge case, I'm not sure. I randomly noticed that when I have exactly three entries in a checklist and try to edit the second one, the menu appears underneath the header:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jotty to the homescreen on Android (using Vivaldi as browser)
2. Open Jotty from the homescreen (in a chromeless browser)
3. Create a new checklist and add three items
4. Try to edit the second item / open the second item's menu

Oh wow that's interesting, it's calculating heights the wrong way for some reason. I'll investigate!
