fetchd - Carpicorn release
This release brings the latest cosmos-sdk v0.42.x patches, as well as Cosmwasm v1.0.0, and allow us to perform a network upgrade aiming to:
- enabling IBC transfers
- lifting restriction on cosmwasm code-upload and instantiation
- performing reconciliation of accounts unable to access their funds from the previous staking migration (fetchhub-2)
- burning some foundation tokens that got mistakenly minted at the previous network upgrade event (fetchhub-2)
