• Re-check repository state and confirm the requested Gear-Lib entry is not present on current branch
• Run existing repository validation command(s) to establish baseline
• Add the Gear-Lib entry in README.md with minimal, format-consistent changes
• Run targeted validation on the modified README
• Run automated code review and security scan
• Report final status
