Migrate shairplay and dnssd to Windows Platform.

Solution is created in Visual Studio 2019.

Build And Run

• Launch shairplay4w.sln.

• Build shairplay4w project.

• F5, to run built exe file.

• In iOS device, launch music app, such as 网易云音乐, output with airplay.
