Style Fixes/Cleanups

Description

This PR cleans up some styling issues that I noticed while playing around with the UI

Changes include:

• moving the "collapse" arrow into a better spot so that it aligns with the header of the tree navigation component
• remove a duplicated header from the visualization
• fix the theme colors to be consistent across the app
