  • adds support for Ubuntu 24.04 "noble"
  • switch the docker base image from 22.04 to 24.04

generic_carver (binwalk) could be a problem: it needs --run-as=root now but the tests still don't work 🙈
we may need to wait for #109

Edit: since #169 was merged, we should finally be able to get this to work
