rules_js fails to build when adding testcontainers as a dependency

Reproduction

Requirements

• Node.js
• pnpm (npm install -g pnpm)
• Bazelisk (npm install -g @bazel/bazelisk)

Setup

• pnpm i (Install Node dependencies)
