Github action to automatically create pull request for newly pushed branches.
Register the autpr-action in your .github/main.workflow according to the following.

By default, all created Pull request will be merged into the master branch. If you want merge your features into different branch, make use of AUTOPR_BASE_BRANCH env var to overrides this with your desired branch name.
If you want to add a prefix to your pull request title, e.g. WiP in front of it, you can use AUTOPR_TITLE_PREFIX env var.
