Made some minor fixes and added the shared object library for Linux.

Leapfrog Optimizer Package 1.0.0

This release includes the Python Package and the Dynamic Link Library written in C for Windows. Source code files are included as examples on how to use under the csrc folder as well as the original source code. Shared libraries will be induced for OSX and Linux in future versions. The DLL may be downloaded individually as well.
