Ideas

  • For each property, calculate the number of other properties (and/or housing units) within a given radius, or within a neighborhood, or all neighborhoods surrounding the initial neighborhood. Use as an indicator of 'needed to preserve economic diversity' (i.e. if the building is lost there are no longer affordable buildings in the neighborhood).
