Delta vs Issue

Simplify list parsing (and some refactor)

Verification

  1. Check commit story of this repo
  2. Try build and deploy somewhere
  3. Then, change templates and don't change wiki
  4. Build and deploy again
  5. It must works

Risk / Rollback

  • Risk: Anyway deploy, when wiki don't
  • Rollback: Revert changes manually in .github/lab dirs
