must at least be on version Windows 10 1809, the dependencies for the app are in the artifacts folder
Grab the latest release from the actions tab
Just run as admin, and you're good to go!
first install the .cer file to your local machine (otherwise it won't work 3:) click browse and select trusted people, NOT trusted root certificates authorities. Click next and finish Then run the APPX file and click install
