• Upgraded Azure runtime from ~3 to ~4 and Node version from 12 to 18 (the latest working version. Node 20 breaks functions).
• Upgraded outdated node packages to the latest available versions. Some upgrades will break the build, so those outdated packages are kept until the code is updated.
• Integrated core repo (release 3.5.1, the latest working version. 3.5.4 not working) into fortigate-autoscale-azure. No need to make 2 releases if we need to make any changes to core functions.
