Attempt to add support for 1.x detection but also make the decision logic a bit more transparent: I believe these changes might help to make addition of new VCE detections easier:
For each encountered jar, metadata is parsed (for version) and passed, along with classname and hash: check_vulnerable looks at all this info to make decisions (e.e. JMIParser is not relevant for 2.x).
