Update README.md for vizarr label bug

Updated the documentation to install the version of vizarr that contains the fix for labels

I did not update the changelog because I don't know if you want to include the documentation change in the changelog and the feature itself was already in the changelog with 0.4.2

@zonia3000 Given that we also ship ViZarr with the fractal-data tar.gz releases, should we update the manual building advice like this for now or point people to the tar.gz release? I assume at some point our bugfix branch will become outdated...

The README already has 2 installation sections: "Install fractal-data from release packages" and "Build fractal-data manually". The inconsistency reported is from the second section. In #81 I updated the second section and I added a "This is the suggested way to install fractal-data" message in the first section.

I'm merging this to main now, since we are going to use the BioNGFF vizarr fork only on staging for the moment. With @tcompa we decided to use 0.5.x for versions using the BioNGFF vizarr, so that we can still use 0.4.x for newer releases based on our fork.
