Run this command as well, this will enable Docker command to work on host within proxy

docker build -t data .
docker run --name=DATA -d data

cd ../
docker build -t app .
docker run -i -t --volumes-from=DATA -p 3306:3306 -p 3000:3000 -p 27017:27017 -p 35729:35729 --name=APP -v /Users:/Users -d app
docker exec -it APP bash
this will bring up the bash
docker rmi -f **image name**
docker rm -f **container name**
