Adds a "Templates" submenu to the code editor UI. This submenu is dynamically populated with the contents of the `examples` directory. The list of files is provided by a new API endpoint in the webpack dev server. When a template is clicked, its content is loaded into the code editor and executed. This provides a quick and easy way to run the example scripts.
