GHAutoknit v0.0.0.2-alpha

• Added prebuilt autoknit binaries to provide a fallback if _AK_RAW_PATH_ is not set correctly and for easier installation
• Added a failsafe for thowing an error if the path can not be verified instead of continuing silently

Very, very prototypical and rough release. But it's actually possible to send data from Grasshopper to Autoknit. So... mission accomplished, I guess?
