Total rewrite of the bot, previous versions are not commited/released as they were not made using git.

Features

• New commands: join, leaderboard, map, players and rank
• Some commands now show the "Join now" link to quickly join the server used in the command
• New website that redirects players to the servers using the join command or "Join now" links
• The help command now shows how much time the bot has been online since the last restart
• The stats command now shows a monthly acitivty graph thumbnail, and the first/last join of the player
• The steaminfo command now shows the account creation and the last time online date and the current playing game

Enhancements

• The period parameter ('day', 'week' or 'month') is now optional for all commands that use it

• The help command "sections" and the colors of the commands embed messages are now divided into "Server", "Player" and "Other" commands
