Stage 1: Explore and Identify Features
- Browse the site
- List main features (e.g., Manage User Account, Checkout, Payment, etc.)
- Create Jira Epics for each feature
- Split features into smaller functionalities(e.g. Manage User Account = Register User, Log in, Delete User)
- Create User Stories for each functionality
