What you need for downloading subtitles
--------------------------------------

1. Compile project or go to folder TEDdownloader\bin\Release.
2. Run TEDdownloader.exe with language code parametr. For example:
   "TEDdownloader.exe rus" for all russian subtitles or
   "TEDdownloader.exe alb" for all albanian subtitles or
   "TEDdownloader.exe arm" for all armenian subtitles
3. All language codes available on the www.ted.com/pages/view/id/286
