Updated RG-350 OPK release
This is still WIP btw but it should fix some of the control issues in some games i believe.
This also adds L3/R3 support, the sticks are actually clickable.
EDIT: If you had downloaded it before this edit, then please download it again.
I fixed an issue with Dualshock & Digital again.
