A simple Garry's Mod Discord Relay lua addon that supports player's avatar URLs.

Setup web page with something such as the sample web script. Edit the web script and change the "DISCORDWEBHOOKURL" on line 14 to the Discord Web Hook you've created under -> Settings -> Web Hooks and change "MYPASSWORD" on line 7.

Copy the addons/ folder to your server under the garrysmod/ directory.

Edit the 'sendchat.lua' file and configure lines 7, 8, and 9.
