A block that casts spells automatically.

Apply a redstone signal or hit with a psion wave to temporarily disable it.

Comparator output can be set with Trick: Set Comparator Output (5 potency)

Internal time can be set with Trick: Set Time (4 potency to set on executing MPU, 10 potency to set on other MPUs)

Success count is reset to 0 when the spell errors.
