Update hifiasm to fix unstable assembly outputs

When there's multiple input files per sample, they are all input to hifiasm in the order they appear in the channel, the order changes between runs and alters the outputs slightly. This PR updates the hifiasm module, which now sorts the inputs which should stabilise the tests.
